Our 30-Day Return Policy

At EduVeta, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must not contain writing, highlighting, markings, or other alterations.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging where applicable.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for your return

  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

Please contact us before sending your item back.

We'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges may also be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@eduveta.com as soon as possible.

Please provide photographs of the product and packaging along with your order number.

We'll review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, written in, highlighted, damaged, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Certain products may also be excluded from returns where applicable.
